1. We offer 7 Days Refund and 30 Days Replacement guarantee on the item.
2. Please keep the item on same condition we posted to you for refund or replacement,especially the touch screen of the phone which is very easy to be scratched.
   
3. All the phones come with 12 Months Factory Warranty. You can return it for repairment during this period and you (the buyer) have to take the responsibility for the shipping back cost. However physical damage caused by the user invalidates the warranty.
